A project of 6 three level terraced style townhouses located in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast. The project included two and three bedroom north facing homes with top floor open plan living and a ground floor MPR. The development sits on an elevated corner block allowing for a north-south aspect with a distant coastal aspect.

The development provides single & double garages, north facing courtyards, and plunge pools to the first 4 townhouses.
